Step 1…Toast the rise and wash it in the prosecco..
Step 2.. keep steering and add ingredients you prefer..in this case fresh tomatoes
Step 3..Add fish and Olives ( Livornese style)
Step 4…Add home broth and keep steering
Step 5…cook it to perfection.. al dente
Step 6… serve it and …enjoy it.. King Fish Risotto alla Livornese
